At Braza Express, our greatest desire is that your dining experience with us is a wonderful time. We have put together combination of traditions, both old and new, that combine to make your dining experience truly a work of art. The first tradition began in the early 1800s in the south of Brazil, when a new type of restaruant was born called Churrascaria (choo-rah-scah-REE-ah). This name is used to describe a restaurant that serves meats that are mostly grilled over an open fire. Second, are family traditions from my childhood in Brazil. I learned much about cooking from both my grandmother and uncle. I was intrigued by their meticulousmethods and use of spices. Third, our modern day dining traditions. Spend as much time as you like, pick up a meal to go, or have your meal delivered in downtown Salt Lake City.
