Bandidos Border Grill in Layton is not for those who are looking for typical Mexican food. Of course you can get cheese enchiladas and other standard foods, but Bandidos likes to spice things up with a unique selection of other Southwestern foods. Start your meal at Bandidos with some fresh chips and salsa. The medium salsa is frankly good enough to eat with a spoon. The best appetizer on the menu is the Queso Fundido with Steak. Real cheese, not processed, is melted to gooey levels of awesome and served with fire grilled steak. As far as the entrees go, their specialties include shrimp burritos, barbacoa tacos, and shrimp enchiladas. Bandidos is a family friendly restaurant with an extensive kids menu for all your hungry niños. If you don’t eat meat, just let them know and they’ll make your meal vegetarian style! They’ll do what it takes you make you sure you get something you absolutely love.
